Salon Policy
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. These policies keep things running smoothly for every guest and our team.
Appointments
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Online booking is available 24/7.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. You can cancel or reschedule online using the "Find My Booking" feature or by calling (619) 421-2800.
No-Shows
No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice may result in a required deposit for future bookings. Repeat no-shows may affect your ability to book online.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with a result, please let us know within 3 days of your service so we can make it right.
Children & Guests
Children 10 and under receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For the safety and comfort of all guests, children not receiving services should remain seated at all times.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you experience chipping, lifting, or other issues within 3 days of your service, contact us and we will gladly schedule a complimentary fix at our discretion.
Personal Belongings
ProfessioNAIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep track of your belongings while in the salon. We do have a lost-and-found — call us if you left something behind.
