By using the ProfessioNAIL online booking system or visiting our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Online Booking

Appointments requested through our online booking system are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not finalized until you receive a confirmation message from ProfessioNAIL. We reserve the right to contact you to reschedule if a conflict arises.

2. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By separately checking the SMS/MMS consent box when scheduling an appointment, you agree to receive transactional SMS/MMS messages from ProfessioNAIL related to your appointment. Providing a phone number alone is not treated as SMS/MMS consent. These messages may include:

  • Phone number verification
  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment status updates
  • Appointment reminders

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS/MMS messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages.

These messages are service-related and transactional only. They are not marketing or promotional messages. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please see our Salon Policy for details on our cancellation and no-show policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProfessioNAIL is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our online booking system. The booking system is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
