Where consent appears
SMS/MMS consent is collected during the public appointment booking flow after a customer selects services, chooses an appointment time, and reaches the guest details section. The phone number field is separate from SMS consent, and SMS consent is optional. Customers may complete an appointment request without agreeing to receive SMS/MMS messages.

Compliance notes
- Entering a phone number alone is not treated as SMS/MMS consent.
- SMS consent is optional and is not required to book an appointment.
- Privacy Policy and Terms links are placed next to the checkbox text.
- Consent is for appointment-related transactional messages only, not marketing.
- Production SMS sending is not enabled by this public proof page.
